1. About Quick & EZ Insurance

Quick & EZ Insurance is an independent insurance agency licensed in Florida, Texas, and additional states. We represent multiple carriers and are not underwriters of any policy.

2. No binding of coverage

Submitting a form on the Site is a request only. It does not bind, change, cancel, reinstate, or renew coverage, and it does not guarantee eligibility, premium, or approval. Coverage is not effective until it is confirmed in writing by Quick & EZ Insurance and issued by the insurance carrier.

3. Claims & carrier guidance

Quick & EZ Insurance does not adjust, investigate, approve, or deny claims. The Carrier Claims Guidance page is informational and helps you report a claim directly to your carrier. Report all claims promptly to your carrier at the claims number on your policy or ID card.

4. General information only

Content on the Site — including coverage descriptions, examples, and Learning Center articles — is general in nature and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or insurance advice. Coverage terms, limits, exclusions, availability, and pricing vary by carrier, state, underwriting, and eligibility. The insurance policy is the sole and controlling contract.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information on all forms.
• Do not upload Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, bank/card numbers, or health information unless we specifically request them.
• Do not use the Site to transmit unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape, or interfere with the Site.
